This is a poster for "Never See Me Again" by Kanye West, a song that was never released, and hopefully never does, let me explain. “Never See Me Again” displays a spotlight for Kanye West’s mental state, being recorded before his infamous self exile out of the United States. Leading up to the songs eventual leak, Kanye had gone through a divorce and lost his mother due to heart failure, causing frequent public outbursts and mental breakdowns. He was at the lowest he had ever been in his life up to this point. After recording this track, he planned on dropping it and taking his own life, which would’ve made it his last song ever, his suicide note. The 10 minute song is completely raw, Kanye’s distorted auto-tuned mumbling and rapping over a beautiful melodic piano. Kanye is focused on finding the rhythm and melody first, and he'll worry about the words later. He repeats on the chorus and song’s close, “and it'll be a long time before you ever see me again, me again.”
